Latam bonds lead the way in 2011

Cemex and Banco Santander Brasil have stormed into the new year, selling dollar bonds this week. However with the Russian holiday season continuing, little is expected from eastern Europe until next week — although plans for Eurobonds this year from City of Kiev, Lithuanian and Latvia have already been announced.
