RenCap looking for EM equities, eyes IPO, M&A business

Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital (RenCap) is planning to pick 50-60 stocks to form the backbone of its dealing business in Hong Kong.

It will offer investors research and liquidity on handpicked resources companies — while attempting to win M&A business and IPO slots in the sector.
