Ukraine and Indonesia mandate, Orschardbank hits the road

Emerging market sovereigns have been busy this week, with Ukraine and Indonesia announcing new issues and Jamaica tapping its 8% 2019 bond. Meanwhile, Russian and Ukrainian banks were active in bond and loan markets with roadshows and preliminary invitations.

Ukraine (B3/B+/B) has mandated JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and VTB Capital for a new 144A 10 year bond. Initial guidance on the deal is in the 8% area. Indonesia (Baa3/BB/BB+) has mandated Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and UBS for its new $2bn global issue which is expected to ...
