ASF’s Fuller gets top job at Mallesons in Aus

Stuart Fuller, chairman of the Australian Securitisation Forum and a managing partner at law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques, has been promoted to the firm’s top job: chief executive partner. But he plans to keep his position at the ASF, although he will face re-election next year.

Fuller will become chief executive partner in January 2012, when incumbent Robert Milliner steps down. Fuller will divide his time between partners, clients and firm governance. But he is set on keeping the ASF job.
