Two out of three loans for Romanian telecoms group RCS&RDS
RCS&RDS, a Romanian telecommunications group, has signed two separate loan agreements — a $206m four-year forward start agreement and a $125m loan with two bank groups — and is considering a third acquisition financing loan.
The forward start was arranged by ING, with RBI, RBS, Société Générale and UniCredit joining the deal. BNP Paribas, RBS and UniCredit were bookrunners on the $125m term loan, with Greek lender EFG joining the deal.
