Trio win Eu1.2bn Legrand mandate
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Wendel on Thursday mandated Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Nomura, a Eu1.2bn sale of Legrand stock representing more than 60 days’ trading volume.
The private equity firms raised Eu568m when they last sold a chunk of Legrand, 23.7m shares, in September. That deal was mandated to two of Thursdays three joint bookrunners: Deutsche Bank and Nomura which waived the 180 day lock-up agreed on the previous deal.
