Hong Leong, CLP Power hit the road to meet bond investors

Malaysia’s Hong Leong Bank started to meet investors this week, heading for a pair of update meetings that could lead to a bond in the near future.

Barclays Capital, Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Chartered took funding officials from the bank to meet investors in Singapore on Thursday, and will travel to Hong Kong on Friday. They do not have meetings scheduled in London, a usual stop for Reg-S bond issues.
