BofA ML hires Siong Ooi as new loans syndicate head

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has hired veteran banker Siong Ooi as its new head of Asia Pacific loan syndication, bringing Ooi back into centre stage in Asia’s loan market after he took on a series of wider-ranging positions at former employer ANZ.
