Publicis increases revolver to Eu1.2bn

French advertising firm Publicis (Baa2/BBB+) has signed a Eu1.2bn five year revolving credit facility to replace a line arranged in 2004, increasing the size of the deal from Eu1bn after it was oversubscribed in syndication.

BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole had been mandated to lead the revolver before it was launched on June 21. The revolver, which will be used for general corporate purposes, carries a margin linked to a leverage grid.
