RBS’s Roch moves to Singapore in latest EM syndicate switch

RBS is moving Alan Roch to Singapore to run Asia Pacific debt syndicate. He has worked on the bank's emerging market syndicate in London since late 2006, having previously worked at ABN AMRO since 2003.
