Bulgaria talks power IPOs but hurdles remain

Bankers are sceptical that the Bulgarian Privatisation Agency can realise its hopes to sell stakes in the local distribution units of Austria's EVN, Germany's E.ON and the Czech Republic’s CEZ in the coming months.
