D Börse pitches Frankfurt on fees, quality

Deutsche Börse executives on Tuesday fought back against perceptions that the exchange is failing to win its share of an increasingly internationalised new issue market, coming on a marketing trip to London to sell Frankfurt’s high-liquidity, low-fee platform.
