Kogas raises $750m from longest Korean corporate bond issue

Korea Gas Corp raised $750m from the sale of 30 year bonds last week, the longest-dated bond ever sold by a South Korean corporation.

Bankers initially pitched the deal at the 362.5bp area over Treasuries, but tightened that to a 350bp-362.bp range before further slicing it to 345bp-350bp guidance after generating strong demand from investors around the globe, said a banker close to the deal.
