Tesco Lotus ready to offer investors up to 7% yield in IPO

Tesco Lotus, the Thai subsidiary of UK retailer Tesco, has released the price range for an up-to Bt13.81bn ($448.8m) IPO of some of its properties into a fund.

The company is selling 1.328bn units in the Tesco Lotus Retail Growth Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (TLGF) for Bt9.65-Bt10.40 each. This will offer investors a yield of 6.5%-7.0%, a bit higher than originally anticipated.
