Shui On closes $339m loan after cutting size

Chinese property company Shui On Land raised $338.7m from its most recent visit to the international loan market, getting less than the $410m it had planned when the deal started marketing at the end of last year.

Sole bookrunner Credit Suisse took the deal into syndication last year, and found demand from five lenders before bankers left for the Christmas break, then added another six commitments this year, allowing the deal to be funded at the end of March.
