Europcar’s 14% yield is ‘highest for a decade’

French car rental company Europcar sold its shrunken Caa1/B- rated high yield bond in line with revised price guidance on Friday.

Bookrunners Deutsche Bank, Crédit Agricole, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Société Générale and Royal Bank of Scotland priced €324m instead of the initially planned €335m of senior subordinated secured bonds to yield 14%.
