Kirin’s thirst for expansion attracts onlookers

The drinks giant has been acquiring internationally and domestically as it seeks to gain exposure to high growth markets and diversify away from Japan’s dropping demand for beer. Other companies would do well to take Kirin’s ambitions to heart.
