Huadian prices IPO after securing early demand

Huadian Fuxin Energy Corp has priced its Hong Kong IPO just above the bottom of the range, after cornerstone investors and anchor orders gave it a strong foundation, according to a banker close to the deal.

The company raised HK$2.445bn ($315.1m) from the deal after getting the majority of demand from Chinese companies, many of which gave early indicative orders or signed up for cornerstone commitments.
