Vakif, IBK set out to sway Swiss

The Swiss franc market is poised to host a streak of non-deal roadshows next week from a wide array of borrowers, including emerging market issuers Industrial Bank of Korea and Turkey’s VakifBank.

IBK already has a presence in the Swiss franc market and has recently issued a Sfr150m 1.25% three year note on May 22. But neither VakifBank nor any other Turkish borrower has ever tapped the currency before.
