Petrobras cheers up EM while Middle East lifts loan hopes

A softer market tone in the emerging market bond markets has failed to deter Petrobras from making a triumphant return to the euro and sterling markets. Meanwhile a clutch of roadshow announcements from rarer issuers has raised the prospect of CEEMEA supply over the next few days.
