RCI makes Aussie debut with A$150m via HSBC

RCI Banque, the banking arm of Renault, issued its first ever Australian dollar bond on Thursday afternoon, with an A$150m 6% October 2016 note.

Bookrunner HSBC priced the deal in line with guidance at 310bp over mid-swaps.

The minimum target size for the deal was A$100m and it was capped at A$150m. A syndicate banker at the lead said the deal was substantially oversubscribed.
