VTB back in Angola but no new mandate yet

VTB Bank president and chairman Andrey Kostin visited the Republic of Angola on Wednesday, sparking speculation that the bank had been mandated to arrange another bond for the country. But Atanas Bostandjiev, VTB Capital’s chief executive, UK and International, said that was not the case.
