Democrats Call For Delay In Some OTC Regs
Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) and Sen. Tim Johnson (D-S.D.) have called on the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission to delay implementation of rules governing derivatives transactions between foreign subsidiaries of U.S. banks and foreign companies.
