Peripherals steam ahead in senior and covered

FIG issuers are making the most of ebullient markets, with peripheral European borrowers leading the charge in senior unsecured and covered bonds — some of them taking care of unfinished business from 2012. The ABS market has also sprung into action, with NIBC moving in after Obvion’s Storm RMBS drove the entire Dutch curve tighter.
