AFT leads French capital markets rush

Agence France Trésor (AFT) led a €12.8bn debt fête from French issuers this week as the country’s borrowers made a conspicuous splash in bond markets. Names across the credit spectrum — from the sovereign to agencies, corporates and banks — blazed a trail through primary debt markets in the holiday-shortened week.
