Isbank prices through original in record Turkish low
Isbank on Monday tapped an outstanding bond to produce the tightest yielding dollar paper for a Turkish bank at pricing. Putting the focus firmly on pricing over size, the issuer opted to borrow just an extra $250m in spite of a $600m book and a target of up to $300m.
