Citic Telecom gets two pledges, cuts loan size

Two commitments have come in for Citic Telecom International’s $630m loan, after the company reduced the deal size once again. This time it has cut the size by $200m, opting to raise funding with a rights issue.

Oversea-China Banking Corp has made a pledge of $50m, following a commitment of $100m from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau), according to a banker close to the deal.
