Emerging markets’ fundamentals resilient: Barings

Emerging market assets will outperform its mature counterparts due to its strong fundamentals, especially amid increasing concerns about the European periphery, believes the asset management firm.

The strong fundamentals in emerging markets will provide support for emerging market (EM) assets, namely currencies and bonds, in the coming year.
