U.K. To Launch Widespread Review Of Banks

George Osborne, the U.K.’s Chancellor of the Exchequer, is planning a widespread independent review of banks that will focus on causes of the recent scandal involving the alleged manipulation of the London Interbank Offered Rate, as well their culture and standards.
