Market jitters scare off Russian Standard Bank’s LT2

Russian Standard Bank (RSB) postponed its lower tier two bond on Thursday, blaming poor market conditions after having released initial price thoughts of 10% area yield on Wednesday evening for a 10 year non-call five bond.

A lead manager on the deal said that it would return as soon as market conditions stabilised. Goldman Sachs and HSBC are arranging the bond.
