US dollar DCM takes a breather, Vedanta, CCRE open books

After a robust month so far in dollar denominated debt deals, bankers are relaxing this week as they wait for investors to digest the monster issuance from the region, especially from Chinese state-owned enterprises.

India’s Vedanta Resources and Central China Real Estate are the only companies known to be in the market to sell US dollar bonds this week, according to syndicate bankers, marking one of the slowest weeks in debt issuance from Asian issuers since the beginning of the year, ...
