Privacy in terminal decline

So what have you been doing this week? No doubt erasing anything compromising from your Bloomberg terminal after it turned out that some journalists spend more time observing us than they do following the financial markets.

It has certainly got some people of my acquaintance wearing out their delete button. Invites from headhunters for casual coffees? Gone. The viewing of job listings? Ended. Stalking that hot girl in research. No longer.

I even hear that the infamous chat room where Hong Kong’s DCM bankers ...
