OTTP closes A$465m loan, nets eight

Eight banks have joined Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan’s A$465m ($477.2m) five year loan in senior syndication, with enough commitments to cover more than A$500m. The leads have now closed and allocated the deal without going into general.

Australia and New Zealand Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Export Development Canada, ING, Investec, Siemens Financial Services and Westpac joined the deal during senior syndication, according to a banker at one of the bookrunners.
