The U.S. commercial mortgage real estate market is expected to experience “continued slow and uneven improvement,” according to Fitch Ratings.

The U.S. commercial mortgage real estate market is expected to experience “continued slow and uneven improvement,” according to Fitch Ratings. Fitch also predicts that loan delinquencies will remain relatively flat for the rest of the year with only office properties seeing deterioration.
