E.C. Approves Loans To Spanish Banks

The European Commission has approved a Spanish government plan to pour EUR1.87 billion ($2.46 billion) in fresh capital into Banco Mare Nostrum, Banco CEISS, Caja3 and Liberbank after the E.C. earlier this week approved their respective restructuring plans.
