Lawmakers To Press CFTC On Derivatives Reform
Rep. Frank Lucas, (R-Okla.), chairman of the House Committee on Agriculture Business, said his panel will closely monitor to make sure the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission supervises the derivatives markets “in a responsible manner that provides stringent oversight and affords strong protections to customers of those markets.”
