The infrastructure needs of Asean+3 countries are large and the region could take lessons from India on harnessing private investment and promoting bond financing for development, says the ADB.

Policymakers looking to lead infrastructure development across Asean+3 could take instruction from India on mobilising private infrastructure investment and encouraging bond issuance to fund infrastructure projects, according to the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
