Strong FII demand to trigger India bond rally: Barclays

The recent ease in India’s foreign institutional investor (FII) rules will has led to the increased appetite for government debt and the likelihood of a bond rally, says the bank.

India’s bond market is expected to rallying in months to come, particularly now the regulator has just recently eased controls on FII participation in its debt capital market.
