Navigat powers up $270m loan

Indonesian power company Navigat Energy has started marketing its $270m fundraising in general, after netting four commitments in senior syndication.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp and Standard Chartered are the bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers, splitting the deal between a $200m tranche and a $70m portion, both with five year maturities.

The banks signed the loan with the borrower on November 27, and pre-funded the amount on December 2. ...
