Swiss vacuum maker VAT raises loans, gets rating

Swiss vacuum products manufacturer VAT Vacuum Valves is seeking a Sfr360m (€292m) term loan due 2021 to support its takeover by Capvis and Partners Group.

The buyout was first announced by Partners on December 6. The undrawn part of the buyout debt package consists of a Sfr30m revolving credit facility due 2019, according to Moody’s.
