MAS Real Estate launches acquisition funding cap hike

South Africa's MAS Real Estate, a company which focuses on the UK, Germany and Switzerland, is set to raise around €100m equivalent from a private placement at the end of February that will help it pay for further acquisitions.

The company will sell around 97m new shares for around R15.75 (€1.035) each. The final issue price will be decided on or before February 19.

The proceeds from the deal will fund future acquisitions. The company also launched the deal to increase its free float and improve liquidity, ...
