McColl's sets out shop for £50m London flotation

UK convenience store group McColl’s hopes to raise £50m through a forthcoming IPO, which will see 50% of the company in free float on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Numis Securities has been mandated as the sponsor, financial adviser and bookrunner on the offer, while Livingstone Partners is a financial adviser to the company.
