Astra Sedaya $500m mandate imminent

Indonesian company Astra Sedaya Finance is tipped to formally mandate a group of 10 or 11 banks to arrange its $500m three year fundraising.

Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi-UFJ, Citi, CTBC Financial Holding, Maybank, Mizuho Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp are expected to be part of the bookrunning group, according to two bankers.
