Tata Communications connects for $240m loan

Tata Communications has picked three banks to arrange a $240m financing, its first loan for more than three years.

Australia and New Zealand Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Chartered are the bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers of the four year loan, according to a banker.

They plan to launch it into syndication soon, with pricing expected to be more than 300bp over dollar Libor, ...
