The AA launches £2bn loan package to syndication

Following its debut bond issue on Tuesday, the Automobile Association has launched its loan package of around £2bn into syndication. A bank meeting will be held in London on Friday.

The UK roadside assistance firm is refinancing £3bn of outstanding debt for its parent company, Acromas Holdings.

The term loan has been cut from £1.9bn to £1.775bn after the borrower increased the size of its senior bond transaction.
