Anticimex issues debt to support expansion

Swedish pest control and hygiene company Anticimex has signed Skr3.25bn ($500m) of new credit facilities to support its acquisition of parts of ISS Pest Control.

The new debt comprises Skr2.65bn of term loans, split between a six year term loan ‘A’ and seven year term loan ‘B’. The TLB makes up the majority of the Skr2.65bn, said a spokesperson at one of the banks involved.
