Pacnet to refinance bonds via $350m senior secured

Singapore’s Pacnet is to issue up to $350m in five year senior secured guaranteed notes to refinance existing debt and term loans, it said this week. An issue may come as soon as next week, said a banker on the deal.


The company will use some of the proceeds from the Reg S/144A offering to fund a tender offer to redeem its $300m 9.25% 2015s for cash. The remainder will be used for general corporate purposes.
