Bargain Booze operator set for £65m AIM listing

Conviviality Retail, which operates UK franchise Bargain Booze, is set to raise up to £65m from an IPO on AIM at the end of this month.

It aims to raise £60m-£65m and to put most of its shares into free float.

The firm is 75.24% owned by private equity firm ECI Partners, with much of the rest held as part of an employee benefits scheme.
