Vue tightens guidance on £550m HY bond, plans to price later

Vue Entertainment, the UK cinema chain, has tightened price guidance on its debut high yield bond. Investors were asked to reconfirm their orders by 12.30pm London time today.

Guidance was tightened to 7.875% on the sterling fixed rate tranche, which the bookrunners have sized at £300m. The euro floating rate tranche has been fixed at €290m, with a coupon of Euribor plus 525bp and original issue discount of 99.5.
