Cifi signs $156.5m loan with six banks

Property company Cifi Holdings has signed its debut syndicated loan of $156.5m after gathering commitments from a group of six lenders.

Standard Chartered was the sole bookrunner and mandated lead arranger, and fixed the deal with a margin of 565bp over dollar Libor or Hibor.

Bank of East Asia, Hang Seng Bank, Luso International Bank, Tai Fung Bank and Wing Lung Bank joined the transaction during syndication, and ...
